1. 3‑Day Money‑Back Guarantee – Satisfied or Refunded

At IPTV Kingdom we believe in the quality of our service. That's why we offer a 3‑day money‑back guarantee on all first‑time subscriptions, regardless of the plan you choose.

To be eligible, your refund request must be received within 3 calendar days following the initial purchase of your subscription.

2. No Refunds After 3 Days

Once the 3‑day guarantee window has passed, all payments are final and non‑refundable. We do not offer partial, pro‑rata, or renewal refunds (renewals are not automatic).

3. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Granted

Even within the 3‑day period, refunds will not be processed in the following circumstances:

  • You do not like the channel selection or content catalogue.
  • You have found another service and simply change your mind.
  • You refuse to follow the troubleshooting steps provided by our support team to resolve technical difficulties.
  • You have previously used a free trial and then decided to purchase a paid subscription.
  • Your account has been suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Use.

Important: Refunds are strictly limited to the 3‑day window. We strongly encourage you to contact our support before submitting a refund request so we can resolve any technical issues together.

4. How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be made via WhatsApp. Send us a message with your request and our team will check your eligibility.

To speed up processing, please include the following information:

  • The phone number associated with your subscription (via WhatsApp).
  • The date of purchase.
  • A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund request is approved, we initiate the process within one week. The time it takes for funds to appear in your account depends solely on your payment method and financial institution.

For card payments, refunds typically appear within 5 to 15 business days. In some cases, depending on your bank, the delay may be slightly longer. Any delay beyond our processing is the responsibility of the payment provider and your bank. IPTV Kingdom has no control over internal banking timelines. We will provide you with confirmation as soon as the refund has been initiated on our end.

6. Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, contact us via WhatsApp first. We make every effort to resolve issues fairly and quickly.

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank without contacting us beforehand, your account will be immediately and permanently terminated. You will not be able to make future purchases with IPTV Kingdom.

We take payment disputes very seriously. Unauthorized chargebacks create a significant administrative burden. We invite you to contact us directly so we can handle your situation without resorting to a dispute.
